摘　　要：一流课程建设是全面提升人才培养水平的重要抓手,也是落实立德树人任务的核心要义。文章以“劳动与社会保障”专业为例,通过资料搜集整理,系统分析了我国劳动与社会保障专业一流课程建设现状,从课程分布、职称分布、地区分布以及与其他公共管理类课程的比较四个方面剖析课程建设的特征分布,并结合“金课”的建设要求对未来进行展望,以期为扎实推进劳动与社会保障专业一流课程建设提供理论支撑和实践经验。First-class curriculum construction is an important measure to comprehensively improve the level of talents training, and is also the core of the implementation of the task of cultivating talents by moral education. This paper, taking labor and social security major as an example, systematically analyzes the current situation of the construction of first-class courses for labor and social security major in China through data collection and collation, analyzes the characteristic distributions of course construction such as courses, professional titles, regions and comparisons with other public administration courses, and makes a future outlook in the context of “gold course” construction requirements, hoping to provide theoretical support and practical experience for solidly promoting the construction of first-class courses in labor and social security major.
