摘  要:随着富满油田勘探开发的推进,对钻井事故复杂的认识更深入,前期采用的塔标Ⅲ三开和塔标Ⅰ四开井身结构难以满足安全钻井和高效开发的需要。在提质增效活动中,分析了现有井身结构存在的不足,优化解决了塔标Ⅲ二开Ф200.03 mm套管下深极限和塔标Ⅰ二开Ф244.50 mm套管强度、钻机资源矛盾,拓展了超8 000 m井深的井身结构,形成了三套井身结构设计方案。通过对优化后井身结构进行10个月的跟踪调查,生产时效提高了4.08%、事故复杂率降低了3.26%,钻井周期平均缩短了25 d,实现了提升作业效率、降低作业成本的目的。With the development of exploration in Fuman Oilfield, the complexity of drilling accidents is understood more in-depth.The three spudded in structure of Tarim standard Ⅲ and four spudded in structure of Tarim standard Ⅰ adopted in the early stage can not meet the requirements of safe drilling and economic and efficient development. In the activity of improve the quality and performance, the shortcomings of the existing casing programs were analyzed, and the contradiction of the running depth limit of 200.03 mm casing in the second spudded in section of Tarim standard Ⅲ,and the 244.50 mm casing strength in the second spudded in section of Tarim standard Ⅰ,and the rig resources was optimally solved.The casing programs of the more than 8 000 meters well was expanded, and three sets of casing program design schemes were formed.After 10 months of investigation on the casing programs optimization, the production efficiency has been increased by 4.08%,the accident complexity rate has been reduced by 3.26%,and the drilling time has been shortened by 25 days on average, which realized the purpose of improving the operation efficiency and reducing the operation cost.
