摘  要:基于复合改性技术制备了SBS-PE和CR-PPA两种高聚物复合改性高模量沥青。利用流变学试验评价了二者的高温、低温和抗疲劳性能,并与常见PR、XT-2高模量改性沥青的流变性能进行了对比。借助傅里叶变换红外光谱仪和荧光显微镜观测分析了所研发的高聚物复合改性高模量沥青的改性机理。结果表明,SBS-PE高模量沥青的高温性能分级达到了PG70V,与PR高模量沥青相当,说明其具备优良的抗永久变形性能。相较于PR和XT-2高模量沥青,CR-PPA高模量沥青的低温性能和抗疲劳性能最佳。微观试验结果显示,SBS-PE高模量沥青的改性过程为物理改性,而CR-PPA高模量沥青的红外谱图上生成了新的混合吸收峰,表明该改性过程为化学改性。Two kinds of high modulus asphalt were prepared based on the composite modification technology, which are called SBS-PE modified high modulus asphalt and CR-PPA modified high modulus asphalt respectively. Firstly, their rheological properties including high-temperature performances, low-temperature performances and fatigue resistance were evaluated, and then compared with that of the other two high modulus asphalts prepared by PR and XT-2 high modulus agents. In addition, the modification mechanism of the high modulus asphalts prepared in this research was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and Fluorescence microscopy. The test results show that the high temperature performance classification of SBS-PE modified high modulus asphalt can achieve PG70V, which is equivalent to that of the high modulus asphalt modified by PR agent, showing that its high-temperature performance is excellent. For CR-PPA high modulus modified asphalt, its low-temperature performance and fatigue resistance are all better than that of PR and XT-2 high modulus asphalt. Microscopic tests indicate that the modification process of SBS-PE modified high modulus asphalt is physical modification. While for CR-PPA modified high modulus asphalt, new absorption peaks can be found in the infrared spectrum, demonstrating its chemical modification.
