摘  要:基于断裂力学原理的裂纹柔度法研究了平整加工对高强钢620JJ残余应力分布及翘曲变形的影响。结果表明:裂纹柔度法能很好地表征带钢表面及芯部残余应力的变化规律;带钢经过平整加工后,沿宽度方向,弹性应变能的波动幅度ΔE_(RS)和应力变化率R_(w)相对于原始板分别降低了27.05%和19.98%,在下游剪切过程中产生侧弯变形的概率较低;厚度方向的上下表面应力不平衡度P_(T)相对于原始板反而增加了14.18%,有增加钢板上下表面翘曲变形的风险,这与下支撑辊传动引起的钢板上下表面延伸不均相关;ΔE_(RS)、R_(w)和P_(T)可以衡量钢板的抗翘曲变形能力,有利于及时调整工艺控制高强钢内部的残余应力水平,减少翘曲变形程度。Crack compliance method based on the principles of fracture mechanics is used to analyze the effect of the temper rolling process on the residual stress and warpage of high-strength steel 620JJ.The results show that crack compliance method can well characterize the change law of residual stress on the surface and core of strip.The fluctuation range of the elastic strain energyΔE_(RS)and the stress change rate R_(w)along the width of the strip is reduced by 27.05%and 19.98%,respectively,compared to the initial strip.The probability of side bending deformation in the downstream shearing process is low.The top and bottom surface stress imbalance P_(T)in the thickness direction has increased by 14.18%compared to the original strip,which has a risk of increasing the warping deformation,and it is related to the uneven extension of the top and bottom surfaces caused by the transmission of lower support roll driving.ΔE_(RS),R_(w)and P_(T)can measure the anti-warping deformation ability of the strip,which is helpful to adjust the process and control the internal residual stress of high-strength steel to reduce warping deformation.
