摘 要:使用4种不同助磨剂对钢渣进行粉磨,并对粉磨后的钢渣粉进行MgO、FeO、MnO等二价金属氧化物固溶体(RO)相分选。对分选前后钢渣粉活性进行研究,通过RO相含量的变化,探索了分选前后钢渣粉的活性差异。结果表明:分选后的钢渣粉活性高于粉磨钢渣粉。其中木钙分选组钢渣粉中RO相降低了43.18%,其水化活性最好,钢渣-水泥浆体28 d强度达到55.83 MPa,非蒸发水含量为18.50%;分选后的钢渣粉浆体水化产物的种类没有改变,但水化产物的数量增加,钢渣的活性得到有效提高。The steel slag was ground using four different grinding aids,then the ground steel slag powder was sorted by RO phase.The activity of steel slag powder before and after sorting was studied,through the change content of RO phase,the difference in activity of steel slag powder before and after sorting was explored.The results show that the activity of the separated steel slag powder is higher than that of the ground steel slag powder.Among them,the RO phase in the steel slag powder of the calcium lignosulfonate sorting group was reduced by 43.18%,and its hydration activity was the best,and the strength of the steel slag-cement slurry reached 55.83 MPa after 28 days with a non-evaporated water content of 18.50%.Separation did not change the type of slurry hydration products,but the quantity of hydration products was increased and the activity of steel slag was effectively improved.
