摘  要:为了提升某款“三段式”结构12挡电控机械式自动挡变速器总成的传动效率,对其台架效率试验时出现的圆柱滚子轴承点蚀失效进行原因分析。计算与该轴承相关的尺寸链后发现,与该轴承接触的隔套与二轴存在着干涉的可能,从而导致变速器总成传动效率降低。通过修改相关零件尺寸,保证隔套与二轴为间隙配合,为滚子受热膨胀预留一定间隙。将调整后的台架试验结果与调整前的结果进行对比,结果显示其传动效率得到明显提升。根据推力滚子轴承与推力球轴承的摩擦阻力因数不同,将推力圆柱滚子轴承换为推力球轴承,进行变速器总成传递效率试验,其传动效率得到进一步提升。该研究内容和方法对于后续开展电控机械式自动挡变速器效率相关研究具有参考和借鉴意义。In order to improve the transmission efficiency of a 12-speed electronically controlled mechanical automatic transmission assembly with a"three-stage"structure,the reasons for the pitting failure of cylindrical roller bearings during its bench efficiency test are analyzed.The bearing-related dimension chain calculation proves that the spacer in contact with the bearing may interfere with the two shafts,resulting in a decrease in the transmission efficiency of the transmission assembly.By modifying the dimensions of relevant parts,it is ensured that the connections between spacer and the two shafts are clearance fit,and a certain clearance is reserved for the thermal expansion of the rollers.Comparing the adjusted bench test results with the results before adjustment,the results show that the transmission efficiency has been significantly improved.According to the difference in frictional resistance coefficient between the thrust roller bearing and the thrust ball bearing,the thrust cylindrical roller bearing is replaced with a thrust ball bearing,and the transmission efficiency test of the transmission assembly is carried out,and the transmission efficiency is further improved.The content and methods of this study have reference and reference significance for the subsequent research on the efficiency of electronically controlled mechanical automatic transmissions.
