摘  要:为了实现悬索桥索鞍鞍槽不规则空间曲面特征的智能制造,需要优化制造加工过程中的三维建模与数控编程。运用UG NX软件中的Expressions功能进行参数化建模,可以优化此类特征的建模与编程过程,避免重复性操作。针对不同尺寸的同类型鞍槽,只需建立参数化模型,同步替换对应的参数表格,更新加工刀路轨迹,即可快速得到成型程序,实现制造过程的智能化。文中以某悬索桥散索鞍鞍槽的实际加工为例,详细介绍了优化过程,结合实际加工的结果,表明该方法可行。In order to achieve intelligent manufacture for the irregular spatial surface features of saddle grooves of cable saddle in suspension bridge,3D modeling and NC programming in manufacturing process need to be optimized.The Expressions function in UG NX software can be used for parametric modeling to optimize the modeling and programming for such features and avoid repetitive operations.For saddle grooves concluded the same type with different sizes,the NC program can be quickly obtained to intelligentize the manufacturing process relying on establishing the parametric models in advance,synchronously replacing corresponding parameter tables and updating the tool path.This paper takes the actual processing of the saddle groove of the loose cable saddle in a suspension bridge as an example,and discusses the optimization process in detail.The actual machining results show that this method is feasible.
