摘  要:研究了粉装量为64%的气雾化与水气联合雾化法以3:1的比例混合而成的17-4PH不锈钢粉末喂料的微注射成型过程。通过比较混合粉末与单一粉末在不同注射参数下的注射效果、观察注射生坯表面形貌,总结归纳出了该喂料的注射成型工艺窗口。实验结果表明:粉末的混合提高了注射成型效果。当注射温度低于165℃且注射压力小于60 MPa时,有欠注现象产生;当注射温度高于165℃且注射压力大于105 MPa时,出现两相分离;当注射温度高于170℃且注射压力大于90 MPa时,有飞边出现,适宜的注射压力随注射温度提高而下降。This paper studies the micro-injection molding process of 17-4PH stainless steel powder fed by mixing 64%of the powder with gas atomization and water-gas combined atomization in a ratio of 3:1.By comparing the injection effect of mixed powder and single powder under different injection parameters,and observing the surface morphology of the injected green body,the injection molding process window of the feed is summarized.The experimental results show that the mixing of powders improves the injection molding effect.When the injection temperature is lower than 165℃and the injection pressure is less than 60 MPa,there is under-injection phenomenon;when the injection temperature is higher than 165℃and the injection pressure is greater than 105 MPa,two-phase separation occurs;when the injection temperature is higher than 170℃and the injection pressure is greater than at 90 MPa,flash appears,and the suitable injection pressure decreases with the increase of injection temperature.
