摘  要:为了减轻人工采摘草莓的劳动强度、降低生产成本、提高效率,利用手指抓取原理设计了一种人工操作辅助采摘的草莓采摘装置,其主要仿人手的采摘部分、输送部分、收集部分及便携腰带等组成。使用时,用腰带把该装置系在人的腰部,通过连杆机构及传动机构操纵手指关节的合并、弯曲动作以达到张开、闭合状态,实现草莓茎的抓取、切断及果实的夹持;果实由带挡板的输送带来完成草莓输送,直至收集箱内,实现采摘、输送和收集为一体;经验证,装置实现了设计功能,采用机械式操作,结构简单、成本低,且无需人手直接去采摘,可用于辅助人工采摘地垄、高架种植草莓等场合。In order to reduce the labor intensity,reduce the production cost and improve the efficiency of manual picking strawberries,a strawberry picking device assisted by manual operation is designed based on the finger grasping principle,which is mainly composed of bionic hand picking part,conveying part,collecting part and portable belt.When in use,the device is tied to a person’s waist with a belt,and the merging and bending of finger joints are controlled through a connecting rod mechanism and a transmission mechanism to achieve an open and closed state,so as to realize the grasping and cutting of strawberry stems and the clamping of strawberries.The strawberries are transported by the conveyor belt with baffle to the collection box to realize the integration of picking,transportation and collection.After verification,the device realizes the design function,adopts mechanical operation,has simple structure,low cost,and does not need to be picked directly by hand.It can be used to assist manual picking of ridges,elevated planting of strawberries and other occasions.
