摘 要:通过一典型加工实例,详细研究了基于UG的螺纹铣削自动编程方法,搭建了基于VERICUT的螺纹铣削仿真加工环境,定制了具有整圈螺旋插补功能、1/4圆弧螺旋插补功能的后处理器,对微小直线段的连续直线插补程序、整圈螺旋插补程序及1/4圆弧螺旋插补程序进行仿真。研究结果证实,1/4圆弧螺旋插补程序加工时间短、程序段数少、加工过程无过切,欠切量为0.0015 mm,远小于0.02 mm的允差量,即验证了基于UG的螺纹铣削自动编程方法的有效性。研究结果对螺纹铣削自动编程具有参考价值。Through a typical machining example,the automatic programming method of thread milling based on UG is studied in detail.The thread milling simulation processing environment based on VERICUT is built.The post processor with full circle helical interpolation function and 1/4 arc helical interpolation function is customized,and the continuous straight-line interpolation program,full circle helical interpolation program and 1/4 arc helical interpolation program of micro straight-line segment are simulated.The study shows that the processing time of 1/4 circular arc helical interpolation program is short,the number of program segments is small,and there is no overcut in the processing process.The undercut is 0.0015 mm,which is far less than the tolerance of 0.02 mm,which verifies the effectiveness of the automatic programming method of thread milling based on UG.The research results have reference value for the automatic programming of thread milling.
