摘  要:U形件为某设备的旋转导向与结构支撑部件,使用环境为海洋性高温湿热盐雾环境,内部空间安装控制及处理元器件,为了避免高温高湿高盐环境对内部器件的影响,内部空间要与外界环境隔离。为了满足设备整体结构布局、保证结构强度并使内外部环境隔离,设计了大尺寸薄壁铸造钛合金U形件。通过分析大尺寸薄壁铸造钛合金U形件的结构形式、外形尺寸、加工部位、加工精度等加工因素,找出加工过程中刚度、振颤、加工变形等影响加工精度实现的薄弱环节。对工艺流程进行合理安排,通过选用刀具、控制切削量、转速、采用辅助工装等工艺手段,解决了大尺寸薄壁铸造钛合金U形件加工中刚度、振动、切削力等因素引起的加工变形误差。在生产中应用此工艺方法能够满足尺寸精度、形位公差及表面粗糙度要求,适用于批量生产。The U-shaped part is the rotating guide and structural support part of a certain equipment.The operating environment is the marine high temperature,humid and hot salt spray environment.The control and processing components are installed in the internal space.In order to avoid the impact of the high temperature,high humidity and high salt environment on the internal devices,the interior space should be isolated from the outside environment.In order to meet the overall structural layout of the equipment,ensure the structural strength and isolate the internal and external environments,a large-sized thin-walled cast titanium alloy U-shaped part is designed.By analyzing the structural form,external dimension,machining position,machining accuracy and other processing factors of large-size thin-walled cast titanium alloy U-shaped parts,the weak links that affect the realization of machining accuracy such as stiffness,tremor,and machining deformation during machining are found.The process flow is reasonably arranged,and the processing deformation error caused by the stiffness,vibration,cutting force and other factors in the processing of large-size thin-walled cast titanium alloy U-shaped parts is solved by selecting tools,controlling the cutting amount,speed,and using auxiliary tooling.The application of this process method in production can meet the requirements of dimensional accuracy,geometric tolerance and surface roughness,and is suitable for mass production.
