阳泉市构建“湿地型”创新生态系统分析

摘　　要：“创新”一词的内涵和外延随着经济、科技、社会的发展在不断地发生变化,根据阳泉市科技、经济、文化、产业结构等实际情况,提出了构建别具特色的“湿地型”创新生态系统。文章阐述了“湿地型”创新生态系统的内涵,分析了阳泉市能够构建“湿地型”创新生态系统的基础,指出了阳泉市构建“湿地型”创新生态系统存在的问题,提出了系统构建路径,探索了系统评价体系,以期为创新驱动发展提供参考。The connotation and extension of innovation are constantly changing with the development of economy,science and technology and society.According to the actual situation of science and technology,economy,culture and industrial structure of Yangquan,this paper proposes to build a unique"wetland type"innovation ecosystem.It expounds the connotation of"wetland type"innovation ecosystem,analyzes the foundation of building"wetland type"innovation ecosystem in Yangquan,points out the existing problems,puts forward the construction path,and explores the evaluation system,hoping to provide reference for innovation-driven development.
