摘　　要：计算机网络信息系统存在快速性、安全性、共享性、普及性等优势,但是同样存在信息丢失泄露、精细化程度不高、网络监管与惩罚不足、网络评估体系不完善等问题,需要从技术和人员两个方面入手,提升网络信息系统的实际效果与公众的实际使用体验。The computer network information system has the advantages of rapidity,security,sharing and popularity,but it also has the problems of information loss and leakage,insufficient refinement,insufficient network supervision and punishment,imperfect network evaluation system and so on.It needs to improve the actual effect of the network information system and the actual use experience of the public from both technical and personnel aspects.
