摘  要:本文主要分析了大排量摩托车噪声的贡献结构和主要噪声来源,对摩托车噪声测试方法及标准限值进行介绍;结合测试过程对摩托车的降噪方法进行案列分析,案列中主要通过对消声器内部结构进行优化设计、改进的措施达到降低噪声的效果;同时分析了ECE R41.04测试方法中偏功率因子kp对加速噪声声压级的影响,通过优化改进整车传动比的操作方法,提高车辆的加速性能,最终将车辆测试过程中的档位进行优化提升,从而达到降低车辆测试过程中运转转速的目的,体现动力性能对摩托车噪声的贡献比。This paper mainly analyzes the contribution structure and main noise sources of noise of large-displacement motorcycle, and introduces the methods and standard limits of the motorcycle noise test.Combining with the test process, the noise reduction method of the motorcycle is analyzed, and the noise reduction effect is achieved by optimizing the design and improving the internal structure of the muffler. At the same time, the influence of power factor(Kp) on the acoustic pressure level of acceleration noise in ECE R41.04 test method is analyzed, and the acceleration performance of the motorcycle is improved by optimizing and improving the transmission ratio, and finally the gear position during the test process is optimized and improved,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the operating speed during the test process. It reflects the contribution ratio of power performance to motorcycle noise.
