摘  要:以蓖麻油为软段、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和三乙醇胺为壁材单体,以玫瑰精油为芯材,以木质素磺酸钠为生物基乳化剂,制备了生物基玫瑰微胶囊。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、激光粒度仪分别表征了芳香微胶囊的微观形貌和粒径。傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)和紫外可见光光谱证明玫瑰精油被包裹在微胶囊中,生物基玫瑰微胶囊包埋率为81.67%。优选IPDI和蓖麻油摩尔比为2︰1时,制备的玫瑰微胶囊中生物基来源成分达到了94.03%。在芳香缓释性能研究上,热重分析(TGA)和耐热致密性可以作为初步的量化评估方法。生物基玫瑰微胶囊应用于洗衣液中,通过感官评价,在洗涤晾干后放置72 h感官分值为3.32,120 h后感官分值为2.52,可实现香味长效缓释。Bio-based fragrance microcapsules with rose oil as the core material,and castor oil,isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),tri-ethanolamine as monomers,were prepared with sodium lignosulfonate as emulsifiers.The chemical structure,sur-face morphology and encapsulation efficiency of the bio-based rose microcapsules were analyzed by Fourier trans-form infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),scanning electron microscope(SEM),dynamic light scattering(DLS)and ul-traviolet spectrophotometer(UV-VIS).The results showed that,when IPDI and caster oil with optimized molar ra-tio was 2:1,rose microcapsules with the average diameter of 1.255μm can be prepared.The encapsulation efficiency is 81.67%.94.03%wt composition of the rose microcapsules as made was bio-based.As for the heat-treated fragrance retention performance,thermal stability and thermal compactness tests could be used as the preliminary quantitative evaluation methods.In the laundry detergent test,the washed fabrics treated with bio-based rose microcapsules scored 3.32 after 72 hours of washing and drying,and 2.52 after 120 hours,which showed sustained-release proper-ties.
