摘　　要：基于2011年以来我国各省政府工作报告的文本分析,测度了政府对数字普惠金融发展的关注度,并研究了政府关注度对数字普惠金融发展的影响效应。研究表明:近年来各省政府对数字普惠金融发展的关注度呈现总体升高趋势,且政府关注度对数字普惠金融发展的总体指数、覆盖广度、使用深度和数字化程度均具有显著的正向效应,政府关注度越高,当地数字普惠金融发展状况越好;但“三农”领域的数字普惠金融发展仍然存在一定程度的瓶颈和困难,农业产值占比的提高会影响数字普惠金融发展。Based on the text analysis of the provincial government work reports since 2011, this paper measures the government's attention to the development of digital Inclusive Finance, and studies the impact of government attention on the development of digital Inclusive Finance. The research results show that in recent years, the attention of provincia l governments to the development of digital Inclusive Finance has shown an overall upward trend, and the government attention has a statistically significant positive effect on the overall index, coverage, depth of use and digitization of the development of digital Inclusive Finance. The higher the government attention, the better the development of local digital Inclusive Finance, However, there are still some bottlenecks and difficulties in the development of digital Inclusive Finance in the field of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers". The increase in the proportion of agricultural output value will affect the development of digital Inclusive Finance.
