摘　　要：以OBE理念为导向,聚集旅游业管理与规划、旅游投融资、数字文旅三大培养方向,着力服务地方文化和旅游产业高质量发展,充分凸显了突出财经特色、推进产教融合、强化数字融通、培育双创人才4个方面的人才培养特色,构建了财经院校特性的产教学研一体化培养体系。培育了一批面向旅游产业实践的高层次专门人才,形成了具有明显财经类院校特色的旅游管理专业硕士人才培养的新模式。Guided by the OBE concept,it has gathered three major training directions of tourism management and planning,tourism investment and financing,and digital culture and tourism,focused on serving the high-quality development of local culture and tourism industry,fully highlighted the talent training characteristics of highlighting financial characteristics,promoting the integration of industry and education,strengthening digital integration,and cultivating entrepreneurship and innovation talents,and established an integrated training system of industry,teaching and research with the characteristics of financial institutions.We have cultivated a number of highlevel specialized talents facing the practice of tourism industry,and formed a new mode of training master’s talents in tourism management with obvious characteristics of financial and economic colleges.
