摘 要:随着高熵合金得到广泛关注,对其变形过程中的锯齿流变现象的研究也与日俱增。目前对高熵合金锯齿流变的研究主要分为低温、室温和高温3类。研究结果表明,高熵合金在多种温度和应变速率下变形都会表现出明显的锯齿流变现象,且锯齿形成机理也因试验环境和合金成分的不同而有所不同。主要从3种温度下论述高熵合金中的锯齿流变现象,并对高熵合金锯齿流变研究进行展望。With the widespread attention of high-entropy alloys, the research on serration flow during deformation is also paid attention, which is mainly divided into three categories, low temperature, room temperature and high temperature. The research results indicate that high-entropy alloys exhibit obvious serration flow when deformed at various temperatures and strain rates, and the formation mechanism of serrations also varies with the test environment and alloy composition. The serration flow phenomenon in high-entropy alloys was mainly expounded under three conditions of different temperatures, and the future research on serration flow of high-entropy alloys was prospected.
