摘 要:基于重力铸造,以充型难度大、易产生多种铸造缺陷的ZM5镁合金基座为对象,通过CAE模拟和浇注试验,研究了其铸造工艺。结果表明,针对壁厚为5 mm的镁合金铸件,采用充型时间约5.7 s的中注式浇注方案,浇注温度设为740℃,能够有效避免基座铸件型壁上的夹渣和浇不足。在直浇道中增加多层过滤网,可进一步提高浇注系统的挡渣能力,成功获得符合要求的基座铸件。Based on gravity casting, the casting process of thin-walled magnesium alloy base, which is difficult to fill and easy to various internal casting defects, was analyzed by CAE simulation and pouring testing. The results reveal that for magnesium alloy castings with thickness of 5 mm, slag inclusion and misrun defects on the base wall can be effectively eliminated with pouring at 740 ℃ for 5.7 s by paning-line gating system. The slag retaining capacity of the gating system can be further improved by adding filters in the sprues, and the castings that meet the product standard could be produced successfully.
