摘 要:面齿轮传动系统是反应器的核心技术。为了合理设计大型面齿轮传动的安装公差,研究了其错位安装的承载特性。对面齿轮副进行主动修形设计,简述了其设计参数并建立了齿面、空载接触与承载接触分析模型,利用齿面接触分析和承载接触分析方法并考虑齿轮的强度,分析安装误差对面齿轮副承载特性的影响。数值计算实例表明,主动修形有利于提高承载能力,极小的错位安装导致承载能力明显下降,合理设计接触椭圆长度,能够减轻错位安装的不利影响。在满足强度的条件下,尽量缩短接触椭圆长度,以提高容差范围。The face gear drive system is the core technology of the reactor.For reasonable design of the installation tolerance of the large-scale face gear drive,the loading bearing performance of the face gear of misalignment drive is studied.The active tooth surface modification is performed on the face gear drive,the design parameters are briefly described,and mathematical models of the modified tooth surface,geometry contact and loaded bearing contact are established.The influence of the misalignments on the loaded performance of the face gear drive is analyzed by the application of the tooth contact and loaded tooth contact analysis.Numerical calculation examples shows that the active modification is beneficial to improve the loading bearing performance,the very small installation misalignments lead to the obvious decrease of the loading performance,the adverse effect of the misalignments could be reduced by the reasonable designed length of the contact ellipse.The length of contact ellipse should be shortened as far as possible to improve the tolerance range under the condition that the contact and bending strength are satisfied.
