摘 要:在采煤机结构中,零件及铰接部位有很多,从而导致采煤机的可靠性受到特殊节点、动态特性曲线的影响,尤其是采煤机的截割部件。基于此,为了了解采煤机截割部件的动态特性,实现截割部件工作性能的最大化利用,根据仿真分析的方式,对截割部件的动态特性进行了研究。结果表明,同时施加两种负载的情况时,最大受力点作用在铰接处的顶端,相反最小受力点作用在铰接处的底端。In the structure of coal mining machine,there are many parts and articulated parts,which leads to the reliability of coal mining machine being affected by special nodes and dynamic characteristic curves,especially the cut-off parts of coal mining machine.Based on this,in order to understand the dynamic characteristics of the cut-off parts of the coal mining machine and to maximise the utilisation of the working performance of the cut-off parts,the dynamic characteristics of the cut-off parts were investigated based on simulation analysis.The results show that when two loads are applied simultaneously,the maximum force point acts at the top of the articulation and the opposite minimum force point acts at the bottom of the articulation.
