摘  要:基于FANUC 0i MF Plus数控系统,设计数控装置和变频器之间的硬件连接电路,阐述数控装置和变频器的参数设置方法,设计模拟主轴的正反转控制梯形图,并实现利用空闲按钮扩展主轴的调速功能,通过改变参数调整主轴转速。通过模拟主轴的功能开发,将数控机床技能竞赛和科研结合,对竞赛内容进行凝练,促进教师改进日常教学,实现以赛促教、以赛促学、以赛促改的目的。Based on FANUC 0i MF Plus CNC,the hardware connection circuit between CNC and inverter is designed,and the parameter setting method of CNC and inverter is elaborated;the forward and reverse control ladder diagram of the simulated spindle is designed,and the speed control function of the spindle is extended by using the idle button to adjust the spindle speed by changing the parameters.Through the function development of the simulated spindle,the CNC machine tool skill competition and scientific research are combined,the content of the competition is condensed,and the teachers are promoted to improve their daily teaching,so as to realize the purpose of promoting teaching,learning and reform with the competition.
