摘　　要：采煤机的运行通过牵引传动系统控制,主要通过齿轮传动实现牵引工作,由于运行环境差等因素,齿轮磨损量较大。基于此,为改善各啮合齿轮的润滑情况,延长其使用寿命,系统设计了滴油齿轮润滑机构,减少了维护工作成本及任务量。The operation of coal mining machine is controlled through the traction drive system,and the traction work is mainly realized through the gear drive.Due to the poor operating environment and other factors,the gear wear is large,and in order to improve the lubrication of each meshing gear and prolong its service life,the system designs the drip oil gear lubrication mechanism,which reduces the cost of maintenance work and the amount of tasks.
