一种基于变频驱动的刮板输送机新型紧链装置的设计

摘　　要：针对刮板输送机传统紧链装置存在的不足,以变频驱动为基础设计了一种刮板输送机新型紧链装置,介绍了该种新型紧链装置的设计方案与基本结构,详细设计了其制动器、制动离合系统、液压控制系统以及其他辅助控制系统,并进行了产品验证。应用结果表明:该种刮板输送机新型紧链装置运行安全稳定,结构简单,易操作,易维护,能很好地满足刮板输送机的紧链需求,具有较高的推广应用价值。In view of the shortcomings of the traditional chain tightening device of scraper conveyor,a new type of chain tightening device of scraper conveyor is designed based on frequency conversion drive,the design scheme and basic structure of the new type of chain tightening device are introduced,the brake,brake clutch system,hydraulic control system and other auxiliary control systems are designed in detail,and the product verification is carried out.The application results show that the new chain tightening device for scraper conveyor is safe and stable,simple in structure,easy to operate and maintain,and can well meet the demand for chain tightening of scraper conveyor,and has high promotion value.
