摘 要:基于煤矿传统带式输送机在实际运行时可弯曲角度小、输送机易跑偏等,导致煤矿井下带式输送机安装数量多、实用性差、故障率高等问题,四老沟矿通过技术研究,设计了一套可弯曲防跑偏装置,分析该装置结构及工作原理,并通过现场试验效果来看,该装置动作灵敏可靠,可保证带式输送机弯曲运行,降低了带式输送机跑偏故障率,实现了煤矿降本增效的目的,取得了显著应用成效。Based on the phenomenon that the traditional belt conveyor in coal mines has a small bendable angle and the conveyor is easy to run off during actual operation,which leads to the installation of a large number of underground belt conveyors in coal mines,poor practicality and high failure rate,a set of bendable anti-deviation device was designed in Siraogou Mine through technical research,the structure and working principle of the device were analyzed,and through the field test effect,the action of the device is sensitive and reliable,which ensures the belt.The bendable anti-deflection device was designed through technical research.
