摘 要:针对某煤矿复采区巷道顶板采用工字钢棚进行支护存在的棚距设计不合理问题,采用岩石力学中自然平衡拱理论计算巷道顶板的破坏范围和对支架的压力,根据材料力学理论推导出棚距的计算公式,并结合现场实践确定了该复采区巷道工字钢棚的棚距。设计结果满足施工安全的需要,研究成果可为类似条件下的工字钢棚支护排距的确定提供借鉴。According to the problem of I-steel shed support for roadway in compound mining Area,the self-stabilizing and balanced arch of rock mechanics is applied to calculate the failure range of roadway roof and the pressure value on the support exerted by the roof rock,and the calculation formula of shed distance is deduced by using the theory of material mechanics.The reasonable shed distance is determined based on theoretical calculation and field practice,and the design result meets the needs of construction safety.The research results provide a good reference for I-steel shed distance design of similar conditions.
