摘 要:为进一步提升带式输送机运行的可靠性和运输效率,提出了采用液压软制动系统替代传统制动系统的思路,根据下运式带式输送机的工况特点提出液压软制动系统的设计要求和液压原理,基于AMESim软件建立仿真模型对其制动动态性能进行仿真分析,通过在实验室构建试验平台,对液压软制动系统在设备断电突发工况下的制动性能进行验证。In order to further improve the reliability of belt conveyor operation and transportation efficiency,the idea of using hydraulic soft brake system to replace the traditional braking system is proposed,and the design requirements and hydraulic schematic diagram of the hydraulic soft brake system are proposed according to the characteristics of the working conditions of the under-carriage belt conveyor,and the simulation model based on AMESim software is established to simulate the dynamic performance of its braking,and by constructing a test platform in the laboratory.The braking performance of the hydraulic soft braking system under the sudden power failure condition is verified.
