摘　　要：由于洗煤机排料系统中的刮板结构易受到损坏,制约洗煤机的运转效率,介绍了刮板输送机的结构,分析刮板的实际受力并研究正常情况下的刮板应用效果,进而针对恶劣条件下的刮板结构进行优化,以期降低煤炭企业刮板的故障率,实现选煤机的良好运转。Based on the fact that the scraper structure in the coal washing machine discharge system is easily damaged and restricts the operation efficiency of the coal washing machine,the structure of the scraper conveyor is introduced,the actual force of the scraper is analyzed and the application effect of the scraper under normal conditions is studied,and then the scraper structure is optimized for the harsh conditions in order to reduce the failure rate of the scraper in coal enterprises and realize the good operation of the coal separator.
