摘 要:针对机掘巷道皮带机皮带易出现跑偏的问题,以晋能控股煤业集团某矿机掘巷皮带机为研究对象,基于巷道皮带机运行现状,分析了皮带机出现皮带跑偏的原因,并提出了一系列预防皮带机皮带出现跑偏现象的措施。实际应用结果表明:应用这些防跑偏措施后,皮带机跑偏故障率降低了85%,皮带机设备全年维修费用节省了26万元,应用效果显著,可为类似工况下皮带机防跑偏提供参考。Aiming at the problem of belt deviation of belt machine in machine excavation roadway,taking the project overview of belt machine deviation in machine excavation roadway of a mine of Jinneng Holding Coal Industry Group as an example,based on the current situation of belt machine operation in roadway,the causes of belt deviation of belt machine are analyzed and a series of measures to prevent belt machine belt deviation are proposed.The actual application results show that after applying these anti-runout measures,the failure rate of belt machine runout is reduced by 85%,and the annual maintenance cost of belt machine equipment is saved by 260,000 yuan.
