摘　　要：基于传统采掘工作面隔爆开关采用独立的隔离断电装置,断电工序繁琐、安全系数低,实现开关前门和两个送电操作手柄的开门断电闭锁,保证先分断控制开关,切断控制回路电源,韩家洼煤矿通过技术研究,对煤矿采掘工作面隔爆开关安装了一套开门断电安装装置。分析了该装置结构及工作原理,并通过实际应用效果来看,该装置动作灵敏可靠,联锁断电效果好,取得了显著应用成效。Based on the fact that the traditional mining workface explosion isolation switch uses an independent isolation power-off device,the power-off process is cumbersome and the safety factor is low,to achieve the door opening and power-off interlocking of the front door of the switch and the two power supply operation handles,to ensure that the control switch is first disconnected and the control circuit power is cut off,Hanjiawa coal mine through technical research,the coal mining workface explosion isolation switch installed a set of door opening and power-off installation device,analysis of the device structure and Through the practical application effect,the device is sensitive and reliable,and the interlocking power-off effect is good,which has achieved significant application effect.
