摘  要:手性农药的不同构型对其生物活性有很大的影响。光学纯手性农药具有药效高、用药量小、对作物和环境生态更安全、相对成本更低和市场竞争力强等优势,已成为21世纪新农药研发的热点,但大多数手性农药仍以消旋体形式市售使用。针对氮杂环卡宾催化高效、高立体选择性构建中心手性、轴手性和面手性农药活性分子的方法分别作简要分析和总结,旨在为手性农药高效合成提供指导。Different configurations of chiral pesticides have great impacts on their biological activities.Due to the advantages of high efficacy,small dosage,safety to crops and environmental ecology,lower cost,and strong market competitiveness,it has attracted much interest in the new pesticide research and development in the 21st century.However,up to now,most of the chiral pesticides on the market are still used in the form of racemates.In this report,the methods for the efficient and highly stereoselective construction of central chiral,axially chiral and planar chiral bioactive active molecules with N-heterocyclic carbenes catalysis for pesticide development were briefly discussed and summarized,aiming at providing guidance for the efficient synthesis of chiral pesticides.
