摘 要:亚麻是1年生草本植物,分为纤维用、油用和油纤兼用3种类型,广泛用于纺织、造纸、食品、重金属污染土壤修复等方面.随着分子生物学的快速发展,分子育种成为提高亚麻产量和品质的重要途径之一.然而亚麻重要性状基因研究相对滞后,严重阻碍了亚麻分子育种的发展与创新.加强亚麻基因组研究成为加快亚麻分子育种的关键.本文综述了亚麻的基因组研究进展,并对亚麻农艺、品质、抗(耐)性等重要性状的基因研究成果进行总结,探讨亚麻基因组研究中存在的主要问题,以期为亚麻分子育种提供参考.Flax is an annual herb,which can be divided into three type of fibre use.oil use and both oil and fibre use.Flax is widely used in textiles,paper-making,food and remediation of heavy metal contaminated soil.With the rapid development of molecular biology,molecular breeding has become an important way to improve the yield and quality of flax.However,the research of important trait genes in flax lags behind,which seriously hinders the development and innovation of flax molecular breeding.Strengthening the research of the flax genome is the key to accelerating flax molecular breeding.In this paper,the advance of research in the flax genome are reviewed,the advance of important traits such as agronomics,quality and resistance(tolerance)to flax,and the main problems in the research of the flax genome are discussed.This paper will provide a reference for flax breeding in the future.
