摘 要:通过室内人工培养的方式,在微米量级下观察灰藓科灰藓属(Hypnum)灰藓(H.cupressiforme)、黄灰藓(H.pallescens)、多蒴灰藓(H.fertile),金灰藓属(Pylaisia)金灰藓(P.polyantha)4种藓类植物孢子萌发和原丝体发育过程,详细记录其发育过程的性状特征.结果显示:(1)4种藓类植物的孢子均为单细胞,直径平均值为10~40μm.(2)黄灰藓孢子为壁内萌发,灰藓、多蒴灰藓、金灰藓孢子为壁外萌发.4种藓类植物发育初期均未出现初生假根,有次生假根出现.4种藓类植物在发育中出现了块状原丝体和丝状原丝体两种形态,其原丝体在发育初期均没有产生初生轴丝体,均是在原丝体发育后期,轴丝体由绿丝体分化产生.(3)参照Nishida对藓类植物孢子萌发和原丝体发育类型划分标准,对灰藓科4种藓类植物的原丝体发育特征进行归类分析,灰藓属黄灰藓原丝体发育类型为高领藓型(Glyphmitrium-type);灰藓属灰藓、多蒴灰藓,金灰藓属金灰藓3种藓类植物原丝体发育类型均为真藓型(Bryum-type).In order to explore spore germination of Hypnaceae family,the spore germination and pro-tonema development of four species in Hypnaceae,H.cupressiforme,H.fertile,H.pallescens of genus Hypnum and P.poly aril ha of genus Pylaisia were observed and described at the micron level by means of indoor artificial cultivation.The results indicated that;(1)the spores of the four mosses were composed of single cells,with an average diameter of 10-40μm;(2)the spores germinated on inside of the wall in H.pallescens and on outside of the wall in the other three species;(3)the four species had common features during their development,which inculded the appearance of no primary rhizoids,but apearance of secondary rhizoids at the early stage.The appearance of the two forms of massive protonema and filiform protonema produced no primary axonema at the early stage and differentiated caulonema from chloronema at the late stage of protonema development;(4)Nishida’s classification standard for moss spore germination,spore germination of the four hypnaceae species were analyzed and determined,the H.pallescens belonged to Glyphmitrium-type and H.cupressi forme,H.fertile and P.polyanlha belonged to Bryum-lype.
