电针缓解吗啡耐受机制的研究进展

摘　　要：电针治疗因其毒副作用小、操作简易便捷、疗效佳等优点,已广泛应用于临床之中。目前,电针在胃肠道疾病、神经精神类疾病以及各种类型疼痛的治疗功效得到肯定,其在缓解吗啡耐受中也起重要作用。本文通过回顾了以往电针治疗与吗啡耐受的有关研究,结合目前吗啡耐受的相关机制,探讨其缓解吗啡耐受的机制,以期通过中西医结合的方法为解决吗啡耐受这一难题提供帮助。Owing to less toxic and side effects,simple and convenient operation and good efficacy,electroacupuncture has been widely used in clinic.Currently,the therapeutic efficacy of electroacupuncture in gastrointestinal diseases,neuropsychiatric diseases and various types of pain has been affirmed,and electroacupuncture also plays an important role in relieving morphine tolerance.The paper reviews previous studies on electroacupuncture and morphine tolerance and discusses the mechanism of relieving morphine tolerance in combination with the current mechanism of morphine tolerance,in order to solve the problem of morphine tolerance through the method of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.
