摘　　要：目的了解鞍山市医疗机构消毒质量,为加强医院消毒管理提供科学依据。方法采取现场采样和检测方法,对鞍山市属医疗机构消毒质量状况进行调查与分析。结果共采样2137份,总合格率为95.13%。在各监测对象中,压力蒸汽灭菌器各年度监测合格率均为100%,治疗用水平均合格率最低,仅为73.85%,其余各监测项目平均合格率均达93.00%以上。结论鞍山市医疗机构消毒质量整体较高,仍需加强消毒薄弱环节的管理。Objective To understand the disinfection quality of medical institutions in Anshan City,and to provide scientific basis for strengthening hospital disinfection management.Methods On-site sampling and testing methods were used to investigate and analyze the quality of disinfection in medical institutions in Anshan City.Results During the investigation period,a total of 2137 samples from different disinfection objects were collected and analyzed,and the total qualified rate was 95.13%.Among the monitoring objects,the annual monitoring qualified rate of pressure steam sterilizer was 100%,the average qualified rate of treatment water was the lowest,only 73.85%,and the average qualified rates of other monitoring items were over 93.00%.Conclusion The overall quality of disinfection in medical institutions in Anshan city is relatively high,and it is still necessary to strengthen the management of weak links in disinfection.
