摘　　要：目的 了解医院环境物体表面和工作人员手卫生状况,为加强医院内环境卫生管理提供参考。方法 通过现场采样和检测的方法,对某医院环境物体表面和工作人员手卫生质量进行监测。结果 经落实干预措施,医院Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ类环境物体表面卫生质量合格率依次为94.4%、90.5%和86.7%。医生、护士和保洁员手卫生质量合格率依次为80.0%、100.0%和80.0%。结论 该医院经过整改干预,环境物体表面和工作人员手卫生质量得到明显改善,应继续加强管理和人员培训,落实卫生清洁措施。Objective To understand the status of environmental object surfaces and staff’s hand hygiene in a hospital, so as to provide reference for strengthening the management of environmental sanitation in hospitals.Methods The quality of environmental object surfaces and staff’s hand hygiene in a hospital was monitored by on-site sampling and detection.Results After implementing the intervention measures, the qualified rate of hygienic quality of Class II,III and IV environmental object surface in the hospital was 94.4%,90.5% and 86.7%,respectively.The qualified rate of hand hygiene quality of doctors, nurses and cleaners was 80.0%,100.0% and 80.0%,respectively.Conclusion After the rectification and intervention in the hospital, the quality of environmental object surfaces and staff’s hand hygiene has been significantly improved.It is necessary to continue to strengthen management and personnel training, and implement sanitary measures.
