摘 要:针对极低发射过载下引信安全系统的环境利用和保险问题,采用一种无返回力矩钟表机构和质量重块相结合的后坐保险机构,通过结构参数优化和设计,对保险机构在勤务处理环境和发射环境下的运动特性进行了仿真分析。通过Adams动力学仿真表明,该机构在极低过载发射环境中效果良好,其勤务处理安全性和发射可靠性均能满足使用要求,解决了极低过载发射弹药使用后坐保险机构的适应性问题。Aiming at the problem of environment utilization and safety of fuze safety system under very low emission overload,a kind of recoil safety mechanism with runaway escapement and mass weight block was adopted.Through optimization and design of structural parameters,the motion characteristics of the safety mechanism in service processing environment and launch environment were simulated and analyzed.Adams dynamic simulation showed that the mechanism had a good effect in the very low overload launch environment,its service processing security and launch reliability could meet the requirements of uze,and solved the adaptability problem of the recoil safety mechanism of the very low overload launch ammunition.
