摘 要:【目的】分析雷州半岛近岸海域浮游桡足类群的种类组成、种间关系及其生态位,量化研究环境因子对桡足类的分布影响。【方法】根据2016-2017年在雷州半岛东部近岸海域开展的季节性海洋生态监测,利用优势度、生态位宽度、生态位重叠、种间联结性和冗余分析等方法,研究该海域浮游桡足类优势种的生态位及其栖息分布的生态因子。【结果和结论】浮游桡足类优势种共12种,春、夏、秋、冬四季依次为6、4、5和6种,均出现小范围密集区;生态位宽度值介于0.08~0.47,以窄生态位种类为主,且均存在中生态位种类,广生态位物种不明显;种间联结关系仅显示秋季优势种呈显著正关联,各季节正关联的物种对数量范围为7~15对,负关联有0~12对;RDA结果显示,水深和透明度主要影响桡足类优势种的栖息分布(P<0.05)。【Objective】To explore the effects of the species composition,interspecies relationship and niches of planktonic copepods and environmental factors off the coast of Leizhou Peninsula on the distribution of copepods.【Method】This study was based on seasonal ecological surveys off the east coast of Leizhou Peninsula in 2016-2017.The niches and ecological factors of the dominant species of planktonic copepods in the sea area were analyzed by using dominance,niche width,niche overlap,interspecific association and redundancy analysis,respectively.【Result and Conclusion】There were 12 dominant species of planktonic copepods,6,4,5 and 6 species in spring,summer,autumn and winter respectively,all of which were concentrated in small areas.Niche width values ranged from 0.08 to 0.47.Narrow niche species were dominant,median niche species presented throughout all seasons,and wide niche species were few.The interspecific association only showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the dominant species in autumn.The number of species pairs with positive correlation in each season ranged from 7 to 15,while that of the negative correlation ranged from 0 to 12.RDA analysis showed that the environmental factors with major significant effects(P<0.05)were water depth and secchi disc value.
