摘 要:基于光子晶体波导耦合原理,设计了2D-3D异质结结构的密集型波分复用器,从理论和实验上详细地研究了六通道波分复用器的传输特性。发现通过控制耦合波导长度,该密集型波分复用器可以实现每个通道的单频输出,实验测量结果也证明了其频率选择特性。之后对更为密集的八通道波分复用器也做了同样的理论模拟,得到了相同的结论。Based on the principle of waveguide coupling,we have designed a compact wavelength division demultiplexer in a 2D-3D hetero-structure.The transmission characteristics have been studied theoretically and experimentally in detail.It is found that the compact wavelength division demultiplexer can achieve a single frequency output for each channel by controlling the coupled waveguide length.At the same time,the experimental measurements also demonstrate its frequency selection properties.When the same theoretical simulation was carried out for an eight-channel wavelength division demultiplexer,the same results were obtained.
