水产科研单位助力乡村振兴的实践与思考——以中国水产科学研究院为例

摘　　要：水产科研单位解决渔业产业中关键“卡脖子”技术问题,支撑渔业产业转型升级,是乡村产业高质量发展的关键一环,是实施乡村振兴战略的重要推动力量。文章介绍了中国水产科学研究院在实施乡村振兴战略中推动乡村产业升级、生态改善和人才振兴的典型做法,对存在的问题进行了简要分析,并提出了延长乡村振兴项目周期、促进一二三产业融合发展、拓宽资金投入渠道、改进人才培养方式、强化横向联合等对策,以期更好地发挥水产科研单位的技术和人才优势,助力乡村振兴。Aquatic research institutes solve the key "bottleneck" technology in the fishery industry and support the transformation and upgrading of fishery industry, which is a key role in the high-quality development of the rural industry and an important support for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. This paper introduced the typical practices of the Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences in promoting the upgrading of the rural industry, improving the rural ecology, and talent revitalization in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,briefly analyzed the existing problems, and put forward suggestions on lengthening period of rural revitalization projects, promoting the integrated development of primary, secondary and tertiary industries, widening capital investment channels, improving talent training methods, and strengthening lateral cooperation, so as to enable aquatic research institutes to make better use of technical and talent advantages to promote rural revitalization.
