农业科研院所管理理念探析——以江苏省农业科学院为例

摘　　要：管理理念是凝聚和激励科研院所全体职工进行高效率管理的重要精神力量,是赋能科技事业发展的内驱动力。面对新形势,更新管理理念、创新管理模式已经成为当务之急,因而研究农业科研院所管理理念具有一定的现实意义。文章论述了管理理念的内涵与特征,具体分析了管理理念的功能和原则,阐述了管理理念与院所治理实践融合的关键环节,并从统一认知、健全机制等方面提出了管理理念与院所治理实践融合的主要措施,以期为开创现代院所治理新格局提供理论支撑。The management concept is an important spiritual force to unite and encourage all staff of scientific research institutes to carry out efficient management, and is the internal driving force to enable the development of science and technology. Facing the new situation, it is urgent to renew the management concept and innovate the management mode, therefore it is of certain practical significance to study the management concept of agricultural research institutes. The article discussed the connotation and characteristics of management concept,specifically analyzed the functions and principles of management concept, elaborated the key aspects of the integration of management concept and institutional governance practice, and put forward the main measures in terms of unifying cognition and improving mechanism,with a view to providing theoretical support for creating a new pattern of modern institutional governance.
