摘 要:青年科技人才是农业科研院所可持续健康发展的动力,是农业科技自主创新的有力推动者。文章以江苏沿江地区农业科学研究所为例,对青年科技人才发展现状、成长环境进行分析,并对现有政策进行解析,从人才评价、使用管理、发展激励等多个维度探究如何建立更加完善的、符合青年人才成长规律的青年人才培养机制,以期营造良好的科研氛围,鼓励青年科技人员早日成才,提升农业科技创新整体水平。Young scientists are the power of sustainable and healthy development of the agricultural research institute, also are the promoters of independent innovation in agriculture. Taking the Jiangsu Yanjiang Institution of Agricultural Sciences as an example, the current situation of the development of young scientists and the environment of their growth was analyzed. Policies at present were also analyzed in-depth. We establish the perfect young talents cultivation mechanism that is consistent with the growth of young talents were established from the way of evaluation, arrange and management, incentive mechanism and so on. It is beneficial to create a good atmosphere for scientific research. It can encourage young talents to grow up early, and then can raise the overall capacity for innovation of agricultural science.
