摘 要:针对鄂尔多斯市新杭能源有限公司60万t/a草酸技改乙二醇装置DMO羰化工序羰化进出料换热器壳程壁DMO结晶、系统阻力大的问题,进行了原因分析和技术改造。通过在草酸酯合成单元新增热水循环系统,解决了羰化进出料换热器壳程壁结晶的问题,每年可减少计划停车3~4次,节约成本990万元~1320万元;技改后三条生产线可节约0.5 MPa(G)蒸汽用量折标准煤4051.29 t,减排CO_(2)13062 t。In view of the problems of shell wall crystallization and large system resistance of the carbonylation inlet and outlet heat exchanger in the DMO carbonylation process of the 600000 t/a oxalic acid technical transformation ethylene glycol plant of Ordos Xinhang Energy Co.,Ltd.,the cause analysis and technical transformation were carried out.By adding a new hot water circulation system in the oxalate synthesis unit,the problem of shell wall crystallization of the carbonylation inlet and outlet heat exchanger had been solved.The planned shutdown could be reduced by 3 to 4 times per year,and the cost could be saved by 9.9 million yuan to 13.2 million yuan.After technical transformation,the three production lines could save 0.5 MPa(G)steam consumption equivalent to 4051.29 t of standard coal,CO_(2) emission reduced by 13062 t.
