摘　　要：介绍了科林CCG气化炉煤粉锁斗的顺控逻辑,重点分析了其在运行中出现的问题,并给出了优化措施,使得煤粉锁斗顺控能够实现程序自动控制,减轻操作员负担,避免误操作行为。总结了煤粉锁斗运行经验。The sequence control logic of coal powder lock hopper of Collin CCG gasifier was introduced,with key analysis on its operation problems.The optimization measures were given to achieve the automatic program control of the coal powder lock hopper sequence control,alleviate the burden of operators and avoid misoperation.Finally,the operation experience of coal powder lock hopper was summarized.
