广东惠来地区毒品形势、成因、禁毒策略成效分析

摘　　要：毒品问题是危害国家安全和社会稳定、影响经济社会协调发展的重大隐患,其滋生蔓延受当地的经济状况、社会治安、教育文化等因素的影响。本文通过对广东省惠来县毒品问题和禁毒工作的实证调研,探析整治前惠来地区的毒品形势及形成原因,从创建、宣传、管控、打击、问责等方面构建出“五位一体”毒品综合治理的惠来禁毒模式,并通过整治成效数据对比呈现禁毒工作成效,以期对我国区域毒品整治工作提供些许参考。Drug problem is a major hidden danger that endangers national security and social stability, and affects the coordinated development of economy and society. The growth and spread of the problem are affected by local economic situation, social security, educational and cultural factors, etc. Based on the empirical research of drug problem and drug control situations in Huilai area, Guangdong Province, this paper analyzes the drug situation and causes in Huilai area before the rectification, and constructs a "Five In One" drug control mode in Huilai area from the aspects of creation, publicity, control, attack and accountability, etc. And the paper presents the drug control effect by comparing the rectification effect data, in the hope of providing reference for regional drug control in China.
