摘  要:为了保证厚板坯管线钢质量,采取了厚板坯管线钢低碳低磷设计,由于转炉终点过氧、连铸夹杂物上浮时间短,以及轧钢压缩比、展宽比和钢板堆冷等因素影响,探伤合格率始终低于薄板坯。为提升厚板坯内部质量,加变性剂改变夹杂物的性质,提出精准钙处理,通过试验和计算对厚板坯管线钢进行精准钙处理试验。In order to ensure the quality of thick slab pipeline steel,the design of low carbon and low phosphorus thick slab pipeline steel is adopted.Due to the short time of converter terminal oxygen,continuous casting inclusion floating,as well as the influence of rolling compression ratio,widening ratio and steel plate stacking cooling,the flaw detection qualification rate is always lower than that of thin slab.In order to improve the internal quality of thick slab and change the nature of inclusions with modifiers,precision calcium treatment is proposed.Through tests and calculations,precision calcium treatment tests are conducted on thick slab pipeline steel.
