摘 要:基于对电炉炼钢发展历史及现状的介绍,详细分析各种废钢预热型电炉的炉型、设计特点和应用效果,重点以对比分析除尘效果讨论电炉烟气除尘系统工艺路线的选择。分析认为:应根据电弧炉型式、现场场地、规格、工艺条件以及排放要求确定电炉除尘方式;应根据最大装料量、最大脱碳速度、吹氧强度等多种因素确定电炉的炉气量;应按最不利的氧化期工况设计炉内排烟量。Based on the introduction of the development history and current situation of electric furnace steelmaking,the furnace types,design features and application effects of various scrap preheating electric furnaces are analyzed in detail,and the selection of the process route of the electric furnace flue gas dedusting system is discussed by comparing and analyzing the dedusting effect.The analysis shows that the dedusting mode of electric furnace should be determined according to the type of electric furnace,site,specification,process conditions and emission requirements.The furnace gas volume of electric furnace shall be determined according to the maximum charging amount,maximum decarburization speed,oxygen blowing intensity and other factors.The flue gas discharge in the furnace shall be designed according to the most unfavorable conditions in the oxidation period.
