摘　　要：首钢长钢8号高炉(1080 m3)于2022年2月10日停炉进行第二代高炉停炉大修,2022年4月7日开炉点火。本次开炉采用全捣固焦开炉,针对捣固焦特点不断优化开炉方案,确定合理的送风比、装料制度、加风节奏、控制第一炉出铁时间等参数,实现了开炉点火15 h顺利排出第一炉渣铁,铁水直接进撇渣器,炉渣直接冲水渣,创造了长钢千级高炉开炉的最好历史记录。Shougang Changgang No.8 Blast Furnace(1080 m3)The second generation blast furnace will be shut down for overhaul on February 10,2022,and the furnace will be opened for ignition on April 7,2022.This time,the fully tamped coke is used for the blowing in.According to the characteristics of the tamped coke,the blowing in scheme is continuously optimized,and the reasonable blowing ratio,charging system,blowing rhythm,control of the tapping time of the first furnace and other parameters are determined.It is realized that the first furnace slag iron is discharged smoothly after 15 hours of ignition,the molten iron is directly fed into the slag skimmer,and the slag is directly flushed with water,creating the best historical record of Changgang's thousand grade blast furnace blowing in.
