摘  要:采用钒钛磁铁矿的钢铁生产企业,其产生的钢渣为一般工业固废,其中仍含有大量的钒尚未得到有效利用。针对含钒钢渣固废亟待处理的问题,采用矿热炉处理含钒钢渣固废,生产含钒生铁,变废为宝。实践表明,钒回收率可达85%以上,可生产含钒3.0%~3.5%的含钒生铁,实现了含钒钢渣固废的资源化利用。The steel slag produced by the steel production enterprises using vanadium titanium magnetite is a general industrial solid waste,which still contains a large amount of vanadium that has not been effectively utilized.In view of the urgent problem of solid waste treatment of vanadium bearing steel slag,submerged arc furnace is used to treat the solid waste of vanadium bearing steel slag to produce vanadium bearing pig iron and turn waste into treasure.The practice shows that the recovery rate of vanadium can reach more than 85%,and the vanadium bearing pig iron containing 3~3.5%vanadium can be produced,which realizes the resource utilization of vanadium bearing steel slag solid waste.
