摘　　要：介绍了河钢唐钢新区1900 mm双流板坯连铸机的设计思路,包括设计方案、装备特点以及先进成熟的新技术、新工艺和新设备的使用情况。连铸机建成使用后,河钢唐钢新区在产品质量、生产成本以及节能环保等多个方面将达到国内先进水平,在国内同级别生产线中具有更大的竞争力。This paper introduces the design idea of 1900 mm dual-strand slab caster in HBIS Tang steel new distric.It mainly includes the design scheme,and the characteristics of the equipment,advanced and mature new technologies,new processes,new equipment,it made the HBIS Tang steel new distric reach the domestic advanced level in product quality,production cost,energy conservation and environmental protection,and have greater competitiveness in the domestic production line of the same level.
